WebJan 13, 2024 · There are a number of strategies employers, leaders, and managers can use to help create a more inclusive workplace. First, embrace the business case for diversity and inclusion. Websocial inclusion has evolved and been implemented in the European Union. A qualitative research project with community and social work practitioners in the Greater Toronto Area explores how participants understand social inclu-sion in the context of their respective practices. Analysis of their responses sug-gests three main themes.
