Feywild and shadowfell
Web4 invented great concepts like the Feywild and the Shadowfell, also the Astral Sea, etc. so I frequently go back there for inspiration. Monsters and modules are actually fairly reusable, in particular if you use the concept of "bloodied" in 5e which does not even require homebrew, just noticing when HP are below half.
