Restoring BIOS to factory settings is having no effect. Stuck on 1.23.1. Edit: been screwing with this and managed to get back to 1.18. Undervolting is working again. Pheewww. Note: I'm only using the Dell approved single Dell file .exe which consists of the three phases mentioned above. Also, the computer boots and *seems* to operate fine.
